Chef’s Dinner Series w/ Basalt

What a delight to return for another installation as part of an annual chef’s dinner series. Few things remain the same year after year, but what remains constant is the incredible menu that is brought to the table.

As we return to experience something new, we’re invited to taste the thoughtful menu created by Chef Steven of Basalt and his team. They brought a Tex-Mex flare to the table to showcase their harvest that was bursting with heat and bold flavors.

As guests leaned in towards good conversation and smoked brisket, the sun sank and a gentle breeze settled in as the sky erupted into a sea of colors — offering the perfect backdrop for this chef’s dinner.

It was a joy to step back and capture the passion required in creating this menu. From field to plate, it came together to create an evening that we will never forget.
